BEFORE THE PROCEDURE
Dr Pinski will work alongside your surgeon to get you through the procedure in the safest and most comfortable fashion.
Please complete the Patient Questionnaire below at least 3 days prior to your procedure.
Your answers will assist Dr Pinski with pre-operative assessment and help identify particular areas to discuss further on the day of the procedure.
ANAESTHETIC FEES
The fee for the anaesthetic is primarily dependent on the procedure, state of health and the time spent under care. There will be an out-of-pocket expense, otherwise known as the gap, and this will depend on patient's health insurance.
After your questionnaire is received, either Dr Pinski’s practice manager or Dr Pinski himself will provide a fee estimate.
Please advise if you would prefer it in writing prior to the procedure
